- Levels 70 to 89, Reality Mask and reputation required.
- No teleporting in while running a stall.
Who you meet
The Evil Ice Phantasm (level 80, 600,000 health) and the Snow Mistress (level 85). A Mystery Grocer inside sells supplies and repairs your gear.
How to get there
- Use a teleporter to reach #BIRTH_BIRTH_CONF_LUA_000017#: Haven Teleporter - Artemis stands at (2696, 638).
- Walk south-east for about 30 cells to the portal at (2718, 659), in Upper Icicle 9.
- The portal only exists while it is open. Wait for the server announcement, then click it: your hero moves next to it and the server checks your level.
